¡¡¡¡Policy in details: CIFC offers participants a complete preferential policy which allows them to enjoy rent free for 2 years at most. Haiyan Government offers participants full award from local-reserved section of tax for 3 years.

¡¡¡¡Rent Free Period: Rent free period begins from the opening of CIFC. During the period, market management fee, water and electricity supply fee shall be received within stated standard and date. (Rent and preferences are based on the figures listed on the reception date.)

¡¡¡¡Deposit Standard: The deposit standard of CIFC is RMB 20,000 yuan/unit, which shall be received with full payment when signing the lease contract.

¡¡¡¡Market Management Fee: It shall be calculated according to the floor space, RMB 2yuan/m2/month. The payment period shall begins from the opening date and be paid by quarters. Participants shall pay the fee before it moves into CIFC.

¡¡¡¡Water and Electricity Supply Fee: Water and electricity supply shall be paid according to government standard. Water and electricity bills inside the unit shall be paid individually. The fee shall be counted from unit decoration and shall be paid by month. Public water and electricity supply fees, such as central air-conditioners, elevators exhibition and purchasing center, comprehensive building and office building shall be shared per floor space. It shall be counted from the opening date and paid by month.
